Welcome to PRO Wave Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking, using, or accessing our HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services ("Services"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
- Services Provided
We provide residential HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), plumbing and electrical services, including:
- Installation, Repair and Maintenance
- Emergency Services (availability subject to scheduling)
- System Inspections and Diagnostics
Service offerings may be updated without prior notice.
- Booking & Appointments
- Services must be scheduled in advance unless emergency service is requested.
- A deposit may be required for large projects (e.g., system installations).
- We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service due to safety concerns, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Payments & Fees
- Payment is due upon service completion unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit, e-transfer, cash, or certified cheque.
- Trip charges may apply for service calls outside standard service areas.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- We require a 24-hour notice before cancellations.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee.
- Refunds are issued only if services were not rendered as agreed upon or due to company error.
- Warranties & Guarantees
Parts Warranty:
- Manufacturer’s warranty applies; we assist with claims.
Warranty Void if:
- System is modified/repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage results from neglect, improper use, or external factors (e.g., floods, power surges).
- Liability & Limitations
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing system damage discovered during service.
- Issues arising from improper maintenance or third-party interference.
- Delays due to extreme weather, supply shortages, or events beyond our control (Force Majeure).
Total liability is limited to the service fee paid.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate system details and access to equipment.
- Ensure a safe, unobstructed workspace for technicians.
- Secure pets and notify us of any hazards (e.g., asbestos, mold).
- Emergency Services
- Available 24/7 for urgent issues (e.g., furnace failure, gas leaks).
- After-hours premiums may apply (e.g., evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Permits & Code Compliance
- We handle required permits for installations (costs included or quoted separately).
- All work complies with Ontario Building Codes and CSA standards.
- Privacy & Data Protection
- We adhere to PIPEDA (Canada’s privacy law).
- Customer data is used only for service purposes and stored securely.
- No information is shared with third parties without consent except as required by law.
- Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Ontario and Canadian law. Disputes will first attempt mediation; however, unresolved issues may proceed to small claims court.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any given time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website, so please refer to this page every now and then for updates.
